E. Dean Holland is a native Texan and
has headed fire departments in North Richland Hills, Texas, Columbia,
Missouri, Tucson, Arizona, and Saginaw, Michigan. He holds a Bachelor In Arts
degree in Business from Columbia College and a Master of Science degree in
Executive Fire Service Leadership from Grand Canyon University. Chief Holland
has served on the Executive Board, Missouri Valley Division, and the Great Lakes
Division, International Association of Fire Chiefs and numerous boards and
commissions for civic organizations. He has also served in the private business
sector holding executive level positions in manufacturing and local government
consulting.
